The potential buyer of a portion
of Charlotte Cotton Mill, Building B has requested a COA for a project
involving an interior office up-fit. The proposal calls for
full-height interior walls that would divide the offices from the rest
of the building, and partial-height interior walls that would further
divide the office space. The other major component of the project
involves the addition of a staircase. This proposal is very
similar in design and scale to the project for Charlotte Cotton Mill,
Building A that was approved by the Commission in September 2004.
