voted to begin the process of purchasing the former
Streetcar Barn on South Boulevard.
Plans are to renovate the building as the new home for Charlotte's historic
trolley line. |

| The bridge that will carry the
trolleys over Stonewall Street and through the Convention Center is finally
under construction. The job should be done by July 2003. |
