Charlotte Cotton Mills Property is being marketed by Pappas Properties. Corder Phillips purchase of approx 7500 sf is progressing with anticipated closing date for late October or November.
Oehler Farm Stabilization construction is on hold due to lack of renovation funds.
Rozzell House Substantial completion on the house is complete. Remaining work continues on out buildings. Tenant house has been vacated. Anticipate having property ready to market by Nov. 04
McAuley House Stabilization construction is on hold due to lack of renovation funds.
W.T. Alexander Plantation Property is being marketed by MECA Properties. Three inquires since property was listed, no serious prospects.
Grier-Rea House Restoration Design is approx 70% complete, completion expected in early Nov. 04 with building code review and bidding to be complete by end of year. Interior Lead Paint Abatement is 100% complete.
Grier House Stabilization/Renovations have been completed. Sales price was reduced at the Sept o4 meeting. Some additional landscaping has been completed to improve the aesthetics of the property. First Charlotte Properties is marketing the property.
Trolley Car Barn Renovation is underway.
Grand Theater NWCCDC is trying to complete closing on the project. They are looking at other options for redevelopment of the property.
Yandell House Property is being marketed by MECA Properties. May - 5 prospects, June - 3 prospects

July - 5 prospects, August 10 prospects, September - 3 prospects (to-date). An offer to purchase will be presented at the 11 Oct. 04 meeting.

Bethesda School HLC has been given right of first refusal; no additional action has been taken. HLC Staff have met with CVSS to discuss plan to relocate school building to Rural Hill. Plan to request special funding from BOCC for project. Funding requested was unsuccessful. County finance staff was unable to locate a funding source for this request.
P&N Depot Building has been secured.
Jordan Farm Contract to purchase will be presented by HLC attorney at the 11 Oct meeting.
