Croft Schoolhouse Restoration Continued
| July 30th The new
roof and the foundation are in place. New windows are being installed.
The North Carolina Division of Archives and History is approving every
detail of the restoration. This will allow the Historic Landmarks
Commission to provide the buyer with big income tax savings. The
restoration will cost approximately $400,000. That means that the
buyer will save $80,000 on Federal Income Tax and $80,000 on State Income
