Proposed Historic Landmark Designation / 3627 South Boulevard
Dear Mr. Gray:
I represent Mr. Nick C. Copsis, owner
of the above reference property. Mr. Copsis shared your January 31,
2003 letter and enclosures with me. He also advised me he is not in
favor of your processing his property for "historic landmark designation."
I cannot appear with Mr. Copsis at
your February 10, 2003 meeting. I will be out of the City on vacation.
Mr. Copsis and I request that your commission not vote in favor of the
Historic Landmark Designation, or in the alternative, continue the hearing
on his property to a date in March when we can appear and be heard.
Please advise.
